When will my job go online?
Once you submit your job listing, it will be reviewed by our team. You will receive an email letting you know it’s under review. If everything looks okay, it will be published within one business day. You will receive a second email notifying you when your job has been published.
When and how will I be billed?
This depends on your payment method. If you pay with 'Sofortüberweisung', we will charge your account immediately. If you pay via Credit Card, your account will also be charged once the job posting has been published. And if you pay via bank transfer, then you will receive an email from us with your invoice attached as soon as we have published your job posting. All invoices are payable within two weeks of the sending date.
Can I edit my job listing after submitting it?
Yes, but only after it has been reviewed by our team. We review all content that is published on tbd* to make sure the job and organization meet our ethical criteria. Once a job has been submitted and approved by our team, you can edit from your dashboard.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium once I’ve booked?
Yes! If you’d like to upgrade your listing to get more visibility we’d be happy to help you. Just give us a call at + 49 3060603477.
I would like my job listing to appear in the newsletter - how does that work?
You’d like your job listing to reach the thousands of jobseekers subscribed to our weekly newsletter? Good call! In order to be featured in our newsletter, you must book a Standard package. Our newsletter is sent out once a week on Thursdays. It features all the new Standard job listings booked in the prior week. To ensure your listing is online in time to be included in the newsletter, please make sure to submit your job by 2PM (CET) on Wednesday.
I’m recruiting for a number of open positions, can I get a discount?
Absolutely. We offer bulk packages at a discounted price.
Can I get any insights regarding the performance of my job listing?
Absolutely! Transparency is the name of the game here at tbd*. You can see the number of clicks (that's the number of people who have clicked on "Apply Now" and the number of views (that's the number of people who have looked at your job) in your dashboard. If you think you might need to extend your job so that it get s alittle more visibility then do it right there too!
What kind of companies and organizations are allowed to post their jobs on tbd*?

Can I include a personalized photo for my job description?
Of course! Our users love to see your team or company when applying for a job, therefore we allow all jobs the chance to submit a personalized photo for their listing. You can upload a photo when you submit your job or you can add it later from your dashboard. Just look for the job in your dashboard and click edit! Please note that our image format is 1920 x 800 pixels and therefore horizontal images work best. If you’re having trouble resizing your images or need help, just get in touch (email@example.com).
