“I didn’t know that ending poverty had rules, and I proceeded to break all of them.”

Growing up on an isolated farm in Kansas, Theresa Carrington knew poverty first-hand. Instead of dragging her down, her upbringing equipped Theresa uniquely for her professional career as an award-winning investigative journalist and her work as a social innovator who is helping thousands of families all over the world to exit poverty.

There is another connection between these two professional paths: Whether she is giving voiceless people a voice as a journalist or providing artisans in developing countries with the chance to build and thrive in their own businesses through the Blessing Basket project, Theresa is using the power of storytelling.

If you want to know how to operate in your purpose, what it feels like if the universe responds to you when you need it most, and why you should never listen to your fearful voices - this podcast is for you!
