New Work
New Work is a concept that arose from the observation that the current job system is broken - which leads to unhappiness and lack of productivity - and therefore needs to be replaced by a more sustainable approach to work. New work offers the individual creative freedom and encourages the development of one’s own personality - thus allowing the individual to pursue something they find truly meaningful. Essentially it boils down to freedom of action. The core values of the new work are independence, freedom and participation in society and the community.
