On Purpose is a community for professionals who value purpose over profit. Their year long leadership programme gives mid-level professionals the training and real-world experience to transition to a social sector career. Recently, they launched a CEO Programme to support CEOs of purpose-driven organisations. Through their programmes in London, Berlin and Paris, On Purpose have built a vibrant community of over 300 alumni, 85% of which continue to work in social enterprises.
