Themed "Give hope and a future", the social association SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is active in 133 countries to enable children to develop healthy and receive an adequate education. As a non-governmental and independent organization, the SOS Kinderdörfer engage in developing countries as well as in industrialized countries. The association sees itself as a social community and tries to implement exactly this in its work: SOS engagement through community care.
