Salary: £26,000-28,000 p.a. depending on level of experience
About the Role
The core purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective administration of our new leadership development Programme for CEOs of purpose led organisations.
The Programme partners with CEOs of social enterprises, charities and profit-with-purpose SMEs, to strengthen and focus their leadership to support personal and organisation growth.
Reporting to the CEO Programmes lead, the Co-ordinator has day to day responsibility for providing administrative support to staff and faculty to enable them to provide a first rate learning and development experience to participants. As first point of contact for programme participants your back up and responsiveness will ensure they enjoy a seamless learning and development experience.
We are looking for someone who understands the mission of On Purpose, has a genuine interest in leadership development and a desire to ensure a growing community receives effective and efficient administrative support.
The Co-ordinator will work across all elements of the CEO Programme, making this both a varied, challenging and satisfying role.
The right candidate will relish the challenge of delivering a high-quality service which is both professional and warm towards everyone we deal with. As we are a small team interacting with a large number of stakeholders, you will be happy to pro-actively solve problems, communicate professionally, inspire confidence and work to high standards independently.
We are looking for someone who enjoys administration and organisational co-ordination and excels at it.
£26,000-28,000 p.a. depending on level of experience. After an initial trial period, the addition of a 5% pension contribution.
The holidays will be 25 days per year accrued on a regular basis (in addition to UK bank holidays).
