Future Frontiers is an award-winning charity which thinks all young people can be motivated by their aspirations. They train both university students and professionals to deliver weekly, face-to-face career coaching programmes to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. By working with the same pupils each week, a strong and trusting relationship is built over time.
The aim of the coaching is to equip young people with the skills, information and mind-set necessary to realise their future career aspirations.
